I have purchased mixed lettuce, kale, arugula, Swiss chard, & romaine lettuce from Boterna on several occasions. I absolutely love how fresh the lettuces are & how long they last in the fridge. My guess is they stay fresh 2 to 3 times longer than other lettuces I have purchased from the grocery store. They are very flavorful, & the best part is they are free of bugs & sand/dirt! I just love how clean and fresh they are! You really don’t realize how dirty other produce is (even after washing it), until you try hydroponic produce. I highly recommend Boterna for their great customer service as well. They are very responsive to any communication that I’ve had with them, & are always kind & professional. Paula C Argyle Tx
